“On 25 November 2018, Swiss citizens voted in a referendum against the so-called ‘self-determination initiative’ of the Swiss People’s Party (SVP). According to the pollster gfs.bern (Gesellschaft für Sozialforschung) for Swiss Tefelvision SRF, the initiative was rejected by 67 percent of the votes. The initiative aimed to place the Swiss Constitution above international law and called for international treaties to be terminated «if necessary», should they conflict with the Constitution.”
What do you see as the best “Lawful” measure for the Swiss People to take regarding this Switzerland Constitution and Human Rights issue in the future?

I don’t know the Swiss Constitution, just yet. However, Thomas Jefferson said in America “How little do my Countrymen know what precious blessings they are in possession of, and which no other people on Earth enjoy,” and he was originally from Europe. You see? He knew the freedom he possessed in this country, The United States of America, and the Rights bestowed upon us by The Constitution of the United States of America. If the Swiss People refuse to put their Constitution above international law, they do not think highly of their Constitution. If people don’t have Constitutional Rights, then they have Civil Rights, in America. People don’t have Constitutional Rights in America, unless Its enacted.

The fact of the matter is, they took away people’s Constitutional Rights a long time ago, and gave them Civil Rights, which is nothing more than permissions. The people must understand, in order for any person to have Constitutional Rights in America, they must be enacted! And if it’s not enacted, it shall be assumed waived. The United States of America’s Constitution is the greatest Constitution on the planet. So, to continue to answer the question, specifically about this Swiss article and voting referendum, Human Rights are intertwined in the Constitution of the United States of America.
Fact, the Constitution of the United States of America gives everyone the right to vote from the year of 1870, this includes all women, race and color of all Americans! The words of the 15th Amendment are “right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.” Why does the President of the United States of America have to sign a bill every 25 years for certain people to be able to vote? It’s because The American People do not have Constitutional Rights, they have Civil Rights.
As I said it before, for anyone to have Constitutional Rights, in America, they must be enacted. At this time in our history, the Constitution of The United States must be enacted, or those Rights shall be assumed waived. It is Lawfully advised, if the people of Switzerland and the people of the established countries around the world, do not agree with their Constitution, they should be able to dismantle their entire Constitution and create a brand new one that shall be geared for protecting the Rights of the people of that country. The Constitution of The United States of America is a great example for other countries to model. However, The American People need to wake up and take charge of their blessings.
