LD: My Name is Lisa Donner and I am a 3 time #1 Amazon Best-Selling author. I’ve been featured on ABE, NBC, CBS and FOX. I’ve purchased, rehabbed, flipped and/or held hundreds of properties from single family to multi-family to commercial. I have taught hundreds of students throughout the United States as well as internationally. I have and shared the stage with film stars, corporate giants and business leaders.
BI: What would you say is the area in business that you are most passionate about and why?
LD: My passion is in teaching others how to create large incomes through real estate. Teaching various techniques and strategies based on current market conditions to create both passive and active income through real estate.
BI: How are you different than your competitors?
LD: In addition to being able to teach you how to successfully make money in real estate using no money down and creative financing techniques. I am one of the only mentors that specializes in multi unit investing. Where to find them, how to get them, and what you need to know so that you don’t lose your shirt.
BI: Please tell me about any recent business accomplishments that you are most proud of and why?
LD: Teaching a student how to craft a deal o a 10 Unit multi family. I went with him to get the multi unit under contract and showed him how to construct and close on the deal, walking with him every step of the way. This particular deal was a no money down deal with a $40,000 profit in about 45 days.
BI: What Leadership qualities in Leaders do you most admire and why?
LD: Integrity,the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. As a Christian, I appreciate this character in others, admitting your weaknesses yet standing firm and strong to complete what was expected from you.
BI: What has been a key element of your success?
LD: Taking action. It is one thing to gain knowledge, it is another t take that knowledge and put it to good use.
BI: What are some of business projects that you are currently working on that you are excited about and why?
LD: My Multi Unit Millions Program. This is very exciting as I’ll get into the “nitty-gritty” of multi unit investing. What is multi unit investing? How to find the right units? How to evaluate them. Which multi units too avoid? How to know if they will cash flow before i buy them. How to deal with maintenance and management. How to be an absentee landlord? I get into all of this and much, much more.
BI: What are 1 or 2 things you would like to say to a prospective client who stumbles across this interview?
LD: Do you want to look at yourself in the mirror every morning and know that you are working at something to build a meaningful life and legacy, not just earning a paycheck? Do you want to have financial freedom, freedom to go and do whatever you want, whenever you want, wherever you want?
BI: To wrap this up, what are you most excited about in the upcoming months in your business?
LD: The launching of my new project: Multi Unit Millions. I’m very excited to have a Home Study Course available for those who would like to learn the ins and outs of multi unit investing! This will be the hottest thing to come out on the market in the upcoming year.
