RC: Hello, my name is Reggie Coleman. I’m the owner of Right Choice Courier Company. We specialize in transporting medical supplies in the NJ / NY areas. Also, I have 17 years of experience with various medical device companies assisting with their logistics.
BI: What would you say is the area in business that you are most passionate about and why?
RC: Customer satisfaction has always been my driving force. In business, service should be the number one priority. A satisfied customer generally becomes a repeat customer. Never neglect the quality of service you provide. It is often overlooked, but it is a simple aspect of keeping customers happy.
BI: How are you different than your competitors?
RC: Aside from customer service, attention to details. I tailor my services to fit my customer’s needs. Some customers need basic transportation of their goods. Others might prefer a more detailed method for pick-ups and/or deliveries, a through inspection of goods might be requested.
Everyone is treated with the same respect. We try to honor all special requests. We are here because of the customers.
BI: Please tell me about any recent business accomplishments that you are most proud of and why?
RC: Currently, I am making inroads with experienced professionals to help expand the courier company. This excites me because not only does it show myself the progress we are making, but, others also see it and see the potential this company has.
BI: What Leadership qualities in Leaders do you most admire and why?
RC: Vision and organization are huge qualities for me. To paint a picture and develop a plan to achieve your goal is very important. Believing in your plan and having the confidence it will work is great, but it is equally important to remain flexible to adjust your plan if it goes awry.
Organization goes hand in hand with vision. The ability to build a team is a skill that not many people have. That skill alone can accelerate the goal you have for the company. It takes special leaders to make a team a successful team.
BI: What has been a key element of your success?
RC: Success should be judged when you retire. I’m a work in progress. It’s difficult for me to determine a success when you have so much more to do. It’s not an easy question to answer. To give an answer, I’ll say hard work and determination.
BI: What are some of the business projects that you are currently working on that you are excited about and why?
RC: Expanding the courier business. Shipping freight through the air is the next level for this company. Becoming more diverse with my customer base. While we specialize in medical supplies, we are also looking into warehousing. these are a few projects we are working on.
BI: What are 1 or 2 things you would like to say to a prospective client who stumbles across this interview?

BI: To wrap this up, what are you most excited about in the upcoming months in your business?
RC: The growth of this company is very exciting to me. The potential of entering the air freight market takes this company to the next level. I feel 2016 and 2017 are going to be a big year for us.
