They said to me, “We have a group of individuals that have identified that they want to get into real estate in their career.” They want to match them up with me as their mentor.
Not only will I be able to mentor them in the real estate industry, but, of course, the technology platform and the tools that I use to be successful in my business and generate leads and convert into real dollars from social media contacts and connections that I’ve made to make themselves a very, very successful small business owner. That’s so exciting. I’m very excited to be a part of that.
Craig: Of course, also because of the nature of when you’re a Realtor and you work for yourself, you’re even able to mentor them in entrepreneurship and how to actually run a small business.
Sabrina: That is right.
Craig: Even if you’re doing something related to real estate, you could still be getting the benefit of all the extra knowledge as well.
